If you want to generate personal certs, you may also have to provide additional information like social security number and driver's license information.
The XMPT platform produces certificates for both individuals and communities. Individual exemption entitlements should be added when you want to use the platform to generate personal certs. Examples of individual entitlements include:
To edit any of the profile details, use the "member" menu in the left navigation bar.

System Registration
Adding Your Details
Whether you need to provide certs on behalf of your company, a non-profit organization, or document a personal entitlement, our AI-driven cert engine will help you generate and deliver the right form in less time than it takes to find a form online.
Cert creation in XMPT Follows these steps:
In most instances, the form is selected for you by our AI based on the specifics of the transaction.
On certain occasions, our AI will provide a form option. The choice is usually between the jurisdictional form and a broader association form (SST, MTC, Border states).
For most certs, the information for buyer and seller are automatically entered into the cert by XMPT. When a form requires information not already stored by the system, XMPT will gather it during the cert creation process.
Absolutely.
For Sellers registered on XMPT, all of the information you need is already here. Just search for and select the seller. If they aren't registered, use our map or data entry tools to complete the form.
Yes. Locate the cert in your "Certs Presented" folder, and select the action icon (" ..." ). Press the Reissue button on the top of the page.
You will be required to confirm the accuracy of the information, and the cert will be re-issued. Total estimated time: 15 seconds.
In order to generate certs on behalf of businesses or organizations, you must be an active member of a registered Community on the XMPT platform.
Details on Community creation and membership can be found in the Community Guide.
In order to create a cert, at least one of the following needs to be true for your account:
Once either/both of those requirements are met, our AI will lead you through the available certs.
Creating Exemption Certificates
Once a cert is generated, our digital platform enables unparalleled utility for exemptions. Users can share completed forms with registered Sellers instantly, or choose from other delivery options including email and 2-dimensional QR codes.
If the seller is registered with XMPT, they automatically receive the cert upon your confirmation.
If the seller is not on the platform, you have several options for delivery including email, QR codes, and printing.
XMPT delivers the entitlement to the seller immediately. When sellers utilize our API capabilities, the reductions will appear in real-time during the transaction.
Yes, individuals with whom you have shared the cert can retrieve, review, save and/or print the cert.
QR codes have utility across numerous processes and platforms.
Sharing Certificates
Communities are the heart and soul of XMPT. Whether your community is focused on buying, selling, or both, XMPT provides simplified transparency and consistency to exemption certificates.
Follow these steps:
You can create as many as you'd like.
You can join as many communities as you'd like.
The only limitation is that you will have to be accepted into communities that you are not the owner of.
Yes. Ownership enables certain system functions that can be shared amongst the members of a community. The only requirement is that every community has at least 1 owner.
No. The only difference between communities comes from the attributes established for each, which in turn will drive the options available to each within XMPT.
For example, the exemption options available to a non-profit will differ from those available to a retailer or manufacturer. XMPT's AI uses community profile attributes to refine the options available. If an organization has multiple businesses that allow for differing entitlements, then the community should include all of the business activities in the profile.
Yes. XMPT is designed to enable enterprise reporting across your entire org chart. Our permission system enables parent, child, and sibling relationships, making reporting and compliance activities a snap.
